Delete your Examvio account and data

Examvio (Android: io.examora.app)

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Examvio and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
4. If prompted, sign out, sign in again, enter your password, and retry (Firebase may require a recent login).

This permanently deletes your account and associated cloud data in our primary database. It cannot be undone.

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email support@examvio.app from the address on your account with subject Account deletion request. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).

What we delete

• Firebase authentication account
• Profile and stats (name, email on profile, streaks, counters)
• Quiz history, flashcards, spaced repetition, notebook summaries, study plans, tutor messages, daily challenge data stored under your user ID
• Local app preferences on your device when deletion completes successfully in the app

What may be retained temporarily

• A minimal deletion audit record (for example account identifier, email, timestamp, basic stats) for security and legal compliance, typically removed within 90 days.
• Backups may retain copies until they expire in the ordinary course (often within a similar window).
• Content already transmitted to third-party AI providers before deletion is subject to those providers’ policies.

Delete some data without deleting your account

In the app you can clear quiz history, delete notebook items or flashcard decks, delete tutor messages, and clear your study plan without closing your account.
