These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Examvio mobile application (package io.examora.app) and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Contact
The Service
Examvio provides AI-assisted study tools (for example quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and chat). Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use study materials, including compliance with school, employer, or exam rules.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or other users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security or rate limits.
- Scrape, resell, or misuse the Service or its outputs at scale without permission.
- Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.
- Harass, abuse, or use the Service to generate harmful or unlawful content.
AI-generated content
AI features may produce errors. Do not rely on the Service as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by Examvio or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service.
Third-party services
The Service uses third parties (such as cloud and AI providers). Your use is also subject to their terms where applicable.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Examvio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updated Terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account in the app; see also our account deletion page and Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as determined by Examvio’s legal entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.
